For the reasons and purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, the personal information we collect may be transferred to, stored, or otherwise processed in the United States.  We also transfer personal information in connection with your membership application to the National Society, Sons of the American Revolution. We are committed to resolving complaints about our processing of your personal data. We are willing to engage in alternative dispute resolution.

Under certain conditions, you may be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your complaint. WASSAR is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. WASSAR does not target our Services to children under 18 or knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18, unless applications for membership are submitted by or on behalf of a child.
